INTRO TPP teaches teens the basic principals of documentary filmmaking while producing 2-3 minute digital stories in a team learning environment. Students are assigned to a student crew of filmmakers and together produce a short documentary focused on community issues for our Speak City Heights initiative. Technical instruction focuses on intro to cinematography, basic lighting techniques, interviewing skills, storyboarding, camera skills, and how to edit their projects in Adobe Premiere Pro. In addition, this program aims to empower each student to become his or her own unique storyteller (ages 12-18)
