Synopsis: In an era of deepening inequality, UPS Teamsters stand on the brink of a historic strike that would impact the entire U.S. economy. As the contract deadline nears, the doc shadows UPS workers as they navigate the challenges of building solidarity with their co-workers. With a focus on the future of work, the increasing popularity of unions and rate of work stoppages, and the importance of the logistics industry and supply chain to daily life in the U.S., WHO MOVES AMERICA follows UPS workers from across the country.
 
The film follows the 2023 contract negotiations between approximately 340,000 UPS Teamsters and UPS management. Director Yael Bridge embeds with workers in California, Kentucky, and New York as they organize around the possibility of a nationwide strike, exploring solidarity, labor power, and workplace conditions.
