Online Ticketing Terms and conditions:
Details of purchase are shown on ticket confirmation email. Please verify the details to ensure you have selected the correct Theater, Movie, Date, Showtime, Type of Tickets, and Total Number of Tickets.
There is a $0.50 processing fee per ticket on every online purchase. Online tickets must be redeemed at the theater before the showtime. Customers need to present a proof of purchase in order to retrieve their online purchases at the theater. Proof of purchase includes the credit card that was used in the transaction or the confirmation message sent to the customer’s email. Without this proof of purchase admittance to a show is not guaranteed.
Refunds are available at the box office at any point PRIOR to printed showtime. Service charge of $0.50 cannot be refunded.
If a gift card or voucher has been applied to your original order, a new voucher will be issued and it will not be exchanged for cash. After the film’s showtime has began NO REFUNDS will be processed, but a voucher may be issued for future screenings.
Ticket Exchange Policy:
Your ticket can be exchanged at any point up to your movie show time by visiting the Digital Gym Cinema box office. If a ticket is exchanged for a higher priced ticket, the difference must be paid. Exchanging tickets is only available in-person or over the phone, not online.

How much does a General Admission ticket cost?
The price for a General Admission ticket is $11.00 and $7.50 for our Members
First show each day and all day Monday (except holidays): $7.00 (cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers)
Is there a fee for purchasing tickets online?
Yes, in order for us to be able to provide the best customer experience through online ticketing, a .50 cent service fee will be charged per ticket purchased online.
I am a Media Arts Center San Diego Member. How do I purchase my tickets online?
To purchase your movie tickets, please visit our ticketing page by clicking here. Select the film and showtime you would like to attend. At the top of the page, login with your member credentials to unlock the Member Ticket option. Choose the amount of tickets you’d like to purchase. Click Next and enter your credit card information. You will receive a booking confirmation email on your inbox.

Do you offer a discount for senior citizens?
Yes. The ticket price for seniors 60+ is $8.50
Do you offer a discount for students?
Yes. The ticket price for students is $8.50. Students must present a valid student ID at the time of purchase.
Where can I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets online by clicking here or at the Digital Gym Cinema Box Office at 2921 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego, CA 92104.
Box office opens 30 minutes before the first scheduled show.
Can I redeem vouchers online?
No, vouchers can only be redeemed at the DGC box office.
What does a NO PASSES ALLOWED screening mean?
A NO PASSES screening means it’s a special event screening and vouchers aren’t allowed for this particular showtime.
Do you have assigned seating?
No, we have an first-come, first-serve, open seating policy.

Can I advertise my business in your cinema?

Do you sell concessions?
Yes, we have a concessions stand with popcorn, craft sodas and other goodies for you to snack on while you enjoy your film.
Are outside food and drink permitted?
No, unfortunately no outside food or drink is allowed.
Do you sell alcoholic beverages?
No, apart from our awesome micro-cinema, we also have educational filmmaking programs for kids and teenagers at our space so we don’t have an alcohol license at our space.
Do you have a costume policy?
We do not allow props that would be a safety or trip hazard.
Do you have security in our cinemas?
The safety of our guests and staff is our utmost priority. We are always monitoring the environment and taking measures as needed to address the security in our space.
Do you have any prohibited items?
Outside food and drink is not permitted. We also do not permit skateboards, scooters, bikes or any other item considered to be a safety concern. Service Dogs are allowed inside the Digital Gym CINEMA but please, no other pets. We reserve the right to refuse admittance.
What are your accessibility options?
We provide two wheelchair spaces in our cinema and seats next to them for their companions. There are also accessible paths of travel throughout space and comfortable space in our restroom. For any accommodations, please call us at 619-230-1938 or email@example.com.
Do you have ADA listening devices?
We currently don’t have access to assistive listening headsets or closed-caption devices for any of the films but we’re working on it!
Do you have a lost & found?
We do! If you’ve lost an item in our space you are welcomed to visit us or give us a call at (619) 230-1938 and provide us with a detailed description of the lost item.
